Our natural state is to be well and when our mind, body and spirit are in balance, our inbuilt system of self healing is working properly; we will be feeling good both physically and emotionally.
Often past experiences, lifestyle, diet and bad habits coupled with the impact of stress and other external factors causes us to become unbalanced thus reducing our ability to self heal.
When we feel unhappy, unsettled or experience a physical or emotional illness or disorder our body is simply telling us something is unbalanced.

My purpose is to help others help themselves become healthier, happier and more fulfilled. On and off the mat blending experience, knowledge and wisdom through yoga and coaching restoring your body's natural balance and improving overall emotional and physical wellbeing.
My philosophy is to treat the mind, body and spirit as one or as a whole rather than treating specific parts. Over a period of time, adopting such a philosophy will result in preventing future illness.


Whatever your current lifestyle, it is possible to make simple changes which will have a profound effect, improving your emotional and physical wellbeing.
